Quality inspection

Our factory has passed ISO9001 and GJB9001C dual quality system certification, and obtained ISO14001 environmental management system and ISO45001 occupational health and safety quality system certification. And it has been approved by classification societies such as CCS, DNVGL, NK, LR, ABS, BV, KR, RMRS, RIAN, etc. Among them, the company's single point mooring line (SPM) is the first domestic enterprise to pass the type approval of classification society.

The company currently has more than 120 sets of various major production equipment, all of which are operating stably, and has established a complete equipment ledger.

Quality inspection is an indispensable part of the product formation process and an important source of quality information, and testing equipment is the basic guarantee for carrying out inspection work. At present, the company has more than 20 sets of various testing equipment, and has formulated a strict management system to perform regular maintenance and upkeep on the testing equipment in a timely manner to prevent the decline in equipment efficiency due to untimely maintenance and upkeep. The integrity rate of various testing equipment has reached 100%. A complete accounting of testing equipment has been established, and the rate of regular inspection of testing equipment has reached 100%.
